Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account or exchange. Please see instructions for returning merchandise under "RETURNS & EXCHANGES" paragraph listed below. Security
When you place an order with Board Dudes Direct, your order will be processed on a secure server. If you would prefer to order via FAX, phone, or mail, those options are available. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.

Delivery and Shipping Information
We ship most orders by FedEx, DHL and USPS delivery services and mostly ship out on what is indicated on each product page (usually earlier). We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Delivery charges for most items are based on the total weight and the delivery address.

Standard - FedEx, DHL Ground and USPS are our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. Availability of shipment is noted on each product page. There is an additional $2.00 charge for residential addresses.

International Shipping - We currently do not ship outside of U.S.

We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico addresses.

For shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii, additional $20 will be added to shipping charges.

For shipments to P.O. Boxes for additional $21.50 will be added to shipping charges.



Damaged and Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us at sales@boarddudesdirect.com or call us at 1-949-387-0178 in case of damaged or lost shipments.


Cancellation
Order can be cancelled within 24 hours. To cancel an order E-mail us at sales@boarddudesdirect.com or call us at 1-949-387-0178. If the order has been already shipped, please refuse the package at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for return shipping in case of late cancellation.

Returns/Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 Days of shipment. The items must be in their original condition (with original product packaging). Please include your name, order number, shipping address, and a copy of your invoice and explanation of what you would like us to do with your return (credit or exchange with another item). We will credit you in the same form of payment with which your purchase was made. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
